Tata Higlands North - Poor Service

I bought a Xenon DC from this dealer on 28th November 2014 (brand new)<br> The vehicle had scratches on the door sills, the DVD system was defective, and the roof lining was full of finger prints.<br> I have been there about 4 or 5 times and left the vehicle there for 3 full days.<br> To date they did a valet and replaced the DVD system but the remote still does not work and the vehicle still has scratches.<br> I keep getting told they will contact me but nothing happens.
