Tata Centurion, took my money

I went to Tata Centurion as a client and a lady with the name Alda help me that day. I told her I am looking for a second hand car, she said she can find me one it is no problem. On 20 November she phoned me and said she found a Tata Indica, Km reading : not even 30 000 km she also send me photos of the car. She said I must pay the money because the person who want to sell the car is in a hurry and is to keep the car. I paid R40 000 into Tata Centurion account. She said I must put me Surname as a reference because a lot of money is going into this account. The same day I phone her and she said she is in the bank busy paying R10 000-00 to the client to have the car.

After a few days I ask her where is the car and she said the guy ask if he can bring the car on the Tuesday (28 November) because he is going over seas. After the 28 November I phone her again and she said she got another red tata indica for me that is in a better stage.

I never see the first car that I have paid for or either the Red Indica. After two weeks one Saturday she told me she bought another White Tata Indica at the bank where they took back cars. I told her I did not give her permission to use my money and just buy a car. I also told her I want my money back.

I did report it to the manager of Tata Centurion (Deon). They said they want to have a meeting with me on 16 December 2017 that we can talk. After that they did not contact me with a time for the 16 December. Tata Centurion did not reply on my complain about my money. Until today my money is not paid back to me. Alda from Tata Centurion told me they have to sell the last car before they can returned my money. The last car the bough is not my problem I did not give authority to her to buy the car. I did not even see the car. I only see the car after they bought it. The car is in a terrible condition, re sprayed, was in accident and is not even on the road. I told her I don't want that car I want my money back.
