Shocking replacement costs

We bought a Tata bolt sedan end 2016. We were late for first minor car service and told we had to wait for second service before they serviced it. Second service took place at 30000 km. At 36.500 km our Tata bolt s turbo charger blew! We only use the car to drive around town. I got two quotes, first from tata/Kia randburg and they quoted us 46000 to replace it, Auto superior quoted us 32000 (isn't it ironic they were cheaper than Tata?)... We were obviously told we couldn't claim as we didn't have first service. The reason why I'm complaining here today is that Tata is ridiculously overpriced, I mean who has even 20000 lying around! When I sent an email complaint the man said he d speak to his manager to see if they could do something. Not even an email! you never expect an almost new car to break at this expense. We are now trying to get money together to pay for this. Oh we told that we d have to wait till November to get our car back if we went with the 32000 price. We ve lost out here in every way possible way. I will never touch a Tata again. Be forewarned
