Refund truck deposit

Hi Rowan,

Hope you well i am just contacting you with regard to my refund of truck deposit reg HT13WWGP.

Truck has been returned to Tata kimberley on the 28 of April to Darren.

Truck was rented for a month with the kilos less than 16000 Todate Hannes has assured me that you will be paying our refund today as we are on the 12 May 2022 already.

Can i please have clarification on this matter.

Your immediate assistance in This regard will be appreciated.

I am very disappointed by the way you treat your customers by not returning emails as well as my calls to your cell.

I have spoken to Hannes again this morning and i am just given the runaround, according to your policy its is 10 working days as stated on the contract.

By you ignoring my calls and communication says alot about your managing skills of the comany you are financially steering.

But i will not stop enquiring and till somebody answers or pay me and i will use all platforms to my disposal to adress this matter.
