REDUCULIOUS SERVICE OF TATA
Please note that is your people at TATA (Johan ) that said that the car must go to this electrician, because he also helps Tata with electrical work. Danie was there on the 16 June to go and see the car at the electrician that you said is not contracted with TATA SO PLEASE tell me why are you people sending the cars to the electricians that is not contracted with you. My car is IS KNOW THE SECOND TIME WITH SOMEONE TATA SEND IT TO AND AGAIN IS NOT CONTRACTED. A LADY LOST HER JOB BECAUSE OF THAT AT TATA, BUT THEY ARE STILL DOING IT. MY CAR IS STILL STANDING AT THE ELECTRICAIN. MY CAR WENT IN FOR HIS COMPUTER BOX A YEAR LATER AND MY CAR ARE STILL DOING TOWING UP AND DOWN FROM TATA TO WHO EVER TEY SENDING THE CAR TO AND NOTHIG. I AM PAYING MY CAR EVERY MONTH AND TATA ARE SO USELESS AND NOTHING IS HAPPEINING WITH MY CAR WHAT KNOW!!! NOTHING HAPPENS TO TATA BECAUSE EVERYTIME IS NOT THERE FAULT AND WHEN YOU GET UPSET THEY JUST PULL UP THEIR SHOULDERS BLAMING SOMEONE ELSE

The vehicle was not sent to the electrician by any of our dealers, but taken there out of your own accord.
We have no jurisdiction over the electrician and cannot intervene as the vehicle is not with a TATA approved dealer.
Until such time that the vehicle is at a TATA approved dealer, we are unable to assist you in this matter.
