Propshaft Complaint

To sell you a truck, they bend backwards and the promises and service is excellent. But we had a specific part on one of our work trucks that gave us a lot of breakages and damage over the last 2 years. When the truck were still under warranty, Tata were more than able to fix the problem for the moment. But after the same part on the exact same vehicle keeps breaking, one would think that such a massive company would investigate why their product have a consisting problem on a specific part. We have lodged complaints. Written letters, and sent actual photos and conversations from mecganics we had to ask to help us out after the warranty expired, (so did the excellent customer care ) and Tata just disregards the whole problem. We only do services at Tata, and any repairs is mostly done by Tata... that changed when the warranty expired. Point is, this damage started while our warranty were still intact and nobody even thaught about investigating why the propshaft keeps breaking , damaging everythin in its way when it comes off. We are still waiting on Tata head office to respond with a solution or explanation??? This truck cost the owner Thousands in repairs and loss of income and Tata could'nt give a damn. They do not contact the owner to at least offer discount on the Tata account, or to see if they can come to a mutual agreement. This problem started 2 years ago and we are still stuck at day 1
