Poor poor poor!!!!! Never trust them to help you!!

Absolutely poorest service I have ever received in my life. My car has been with multi franchise East Rand for a month and still my parts for the gearbox haven't arrived. They also promised that I would have received it 2 weeks ago but still nothing . Also they couldn't provide me with a courtesy car and had to make a plan for the last month to get to work and to where i had to be... I need help please!!!
