Pathetic technical service and shocking Quality of Tata products and disgusting customer service.

Do you consider to buy a Tata SuperAce bakkie. Well, read my nightmare experience and think carefully if this is really your right/best choice. I bought a new Tata Superace on December 2012. What a nightmare ride come true. Read my horror movie experience.

2013 410km on odometer vehicle lost all gears and clutch. Tata assist unwilling to help on this Saturday. Vehicle towed away. 2013 3rd gear 3rd gear jammed 2013 Injector nozzle, accelerator linkage. Repaired - Not normal wear and tear. ***ners cost) 2018 Water pipe burst, engine damage to value of R6500 Vehicle towed away to Hightech Auto Services ***ners cost) Summary: Numerous technical problems from purchase date. This Tata SuperAce is an inferior product launched into the market by Tata inclusive of poor design by Tata engineers. The technical support from the technical department and customer service in SA is of shocking standard and is currently still the same since 2013 when I bought the vehicle. The vehicle is totally unreliable and me as an owner lives in fear every time I turn the key wondering what the next thing is to break and will I travel safely. This vehicle is a high safety risk for regular breakdowns at any time and any place putting my life in danger taking in consideration the high volume of crime and high jackings in South Africa. Various Tata SuperAce owners also complain about the quality and unreliability of the vehicle and the support from Tata head office. Not once did Tata offered me compensation for costs incurred by me as an owner. Not once did Tata recall a vehicle to support customers due to all the technical and design problems. Once the bakkie is sold to you as a customer you stand alone to solve the problems. Never ever will i buy or recommend any Tata product . Numerous of my colleagues in business and private owners constantly complain about the Tata SA SuperAce as well as other Tata products and technical service. Rather look at a more quality bakkie in the same range like Kia or Hyundai, but please stay away from aTata nightmare. Technical support and customer service is basically non existant and stubborn people to work with or they just play the silent ******** game. The shameless attitude Tata has to advertise this shocking poor standard product on TV.
