No service delivery

Since November 28th last year Tata just couldn't be bothered with getting all the parts for our car. We've been calling and fighting with Renewit Greenstone for the car. But they are just as useless as Tata SA.

I'm so disappointed I really hope people start thinking twice before buying a Tata or rendering service from Renewit Greenstone. The service is pathetic, it's to easy for service providers to just say 'sorry but there is noting we can do'

Ameer and Clive from Tata could atleast try and make as If they want to help us. Jacqui from Renewit should rather think of going into another industry because servicing isn't one of your strong points. People that doesn't have a problem to take your money but when it comes to deliver you can't get hold of them or the minute they hear you voice they drop the phone.
