Never buy a Tata Vehicle

We bought a Tata Double Cab in 2015. A 2013 Model. It is still under warranty and service plan. My husband booked the vechile for service in Worcester. Upon arrival they had no clue what to do for a 75 000 service and he was informed they work on trucks. Subsequently we found out that a mere block away is the Tata workshop for Commercial Vechiles. My husband queried this as all they did was an oil change and he was assured they would liaiae with the correct Workshop and have the matter resolved as they already claimed from the service warranty for doing nothing! My husband also lodged a complaint on Tata Website. This is now more than a month ago and the vechile is now over its service required. Shocking.
