Maintenance plan

<p>16 months ago bought a new tata bolt . all paperwork legally signed . few days ago recieved an sms notification that my maintenance plan needs to be renew due to the fact that my car had reach 45000 km . Upon checking this document i discovered that this car is actually cover to 450000 or 36months which ever comes first . This is a legally signed document and contract and according to our advocate Tata has an snowball change in hell to let a judge decide any other way .Tata refuse to honour this agreement and as their JANINE at customer car said '' it was an honest human error '' It cannot be an error if you have quite a few thousand people employed and you actually want to tell us that all of your finance staff is *********** try telling that to a judge . This is a shoutout to all Tata owners , please check your maintenance plan and if any problems [ including mechanical ] let's stand together and fight this people .<br />Lets make a class action suite because there is thousands of us out there and we are allowing them to get away with this .</p>
