lol so i must just suffer

so this is a recurring matter whereas TATA Edenvale supposedly fixed my vehicle, they had it for like 2 months and the same day i got the vehicle back, the same problem reoccurred. so does TATA just want to treat their customers like ****, i mean I'm phoning customer care, and they don't even want to assist me, saying they waiting for someone, I'm waiting for 5 days now. honestly very unfair. if you guys like my car sooo much, why don't you just refund me and keep it.
