Let is be a lesson, don't buy Tata vehicle's

Tata Pinetown, how do you guys operate? On the 31 March 2017, I phoned and made a booking for a rust inspection, to be carried out on 10 April 2017. This inspection was for rust that was supposed to be fixed, under your care, six months ago, that's back again.

Anyway, back to the booking. After traveling plus minus, 190 kilometers from Port Edward, where I live, to Pinetown. I am told, "the warranty clerk, is on leave"... and I would have to make another booking and come back when the warranty clerk is back from leave, because no one else can do the paperwork, for the inspection.

Now I would like to know who was the panel beater in Pinetown or Durban that tried to repair the rust, on the vehicle. Because surely they are not a Tata approved panel beater. I would like the documentation for the repairs.

Attached is a photo of one, of the areas of rust that was supposedly, repaired six months ago.
