FAULTY BRAND NEW VEHICLE

On the 12 October 2017, i received my brand new Tata Bolt from the Port Elizabeth, North-end Dealership. The car started giving problems the same day, it cut itself off whilst I was driving on the freeway, showing an "F" sign where it was supposed to show that which gear number I'm on, on the dashboard. The doors would lock and unlock themselves, hick-up while driving and that almost got me into an accident because the steering wheel lock and almost drove into a truck. The car was taken to the workshop on the 13 October 2017, and when it was returned the door automatic locking (which is a feature that comes with the car) was not functioning).

On 07 February 2018, i took the car for service and reported that the automatic lock is not functioning and they could not fix it!

On 09 February 2018, the gears got stuck on 5th gear while I was driving and the car had to be towed away.

I started experiencing pathetic service from Tata. I did not get a loan car while the car was at the workshop, i was the one who had to constantly call in to find out what was wrong with the vehicle, and the sales Manager told me that they can't offer me a loan car and that made me feel really undermined and disrespected as a client. To this day, 20 February 2018 I have not received a loan car from Tata.

All I want is to cancel my contract because the treatment is unfair and pathetic! They did not even offer to replace the vehicle. I cannot drive a "new car" that is contantly breaking ( going in and out of workshop), there is no peace of mind ever since i purchased the car from Tata.
