Failure to repair electrical problems on new truck

Since the 3rd of june there has been repeated attempts to repair the wiring on our brand new Tata truck, We have been without our workhorse for several days. after the last attempt I was told the truck must go in to the dealer, I asked for a replacement truck and was told that it cannot be done, after numerous phone calls to Tata Garden route and Tata head office the situation has not been resolved and we are still driving around in a new truck with no indicators or brakes
