Extremely bad service

We Had an issue with our Tata's radiator. Pieter at Tata told us the cant test anything without the new radiator, 5 days later they said they have the radiator but the head gasket is broken, when we got there to check for ourselves the old radiator was still on. Another 5 days later with only the head gasket left to be done they are still not done. Al i get from Pieter is lies and Fals promises.
