If I’ve enjoyed a long and otherwise successful relationship with Tata , I was inspired to buy my first Car a brand new tata bolt after my Dad had a Tata van for many years.I have strong track record of being reliable and responsible with my vehicle and have tried to pre empt its needs, I even purchased a maintenance plan .

My first encounter with issues once purchased was that my Bluetooth and cigarette lighter stations on the dock of the beautiful interior never worked. Then it was the incident while on holiday in Nelspruit , The car gave in, in the forest at midnight! That was a scary experience and it truly shocked me and I had to incur expenses to sleep over and took a taxi to get home with so much luggage. It stayed in Nelspruit for weeks once more and had a warranty error. This is the time I thought it was serviced. Thereafter it kept jerking and was never the same . I have been reporting this. Fast forward to September 2018 and I have been retrenched at my work and I have just paid for the Camberbelt which was a huge amount and now the dealership false diagnosed the battery and made me pay for a new one . Which I accept as they were trying to identify the problem. Then they said it was rats eating the car, then the electrician dismissed this. Then they said it was timing off cambbelt and after the turbo which is this huge amount that I cannot even begin to afford. They are asking for R60 000. WHO CAN AFFORD THAT !

I accept full responsibility for any error or neglect that were my own,l humbly own up to my mistake, but the circumstances that contributed to the blown turbo fuse and now out of warranty are the reasons why I humbly requested a grace goodwill gesture in assistance for the issue. I have been without an ability to make income for months and now without my car for a month unable to even try make means and i feel remorse for what happened and determined to continue taking care of my vehicle should you grant me assistance .

I still am paying this car off, and insurance and I really put my last cents into it for the warranty to be off when I need you most. I will be reporting this to the Ombudsman and the media. You guys sell us bad cars and then they keep breaking down. What am I supposed to do now . My entire life is ruined. I was asking for help!
