DONT buy a tata

I bought a tata Super Ace in 2016 with a extended warranty AND a serive plan. The vehicle is on 41 000 km and, to date, its had 2 new front wheel barings on the front right WITHING 2 wekks of BRAND new, a new gearbox, new turbo, new motor, 2 new brake master cylinders fitted. Within 1 DAY after collecting the vehicle back after the new motor was fitted the vehicle WAS BACK at the agents with a MAJOR oil leak. When the SECOND motor packed up at 41 0000 km Tata insisted I pay HALF the cost of replacing the motor (R49 000 - YES Tata told me that a new tata 1400 diesel motor fitted costs R96 000.00. WOW). I refused and took my tata AWAY from the tata agents where i bought it, they charged me +- R6900 for me to take it away (????) . They MADE me pay half for the turbo (NB I HAVE an extended warranty AND a service plan - I PAID as i NEED the vehicle for my business). I am in the process of fitting a totota motor to the van. I decided to clean some parts to try to sell to TRY to recoup some LOSSES. I found that the turbo (NB is was replaced at about 18000km) is TOTALLY FINISHED. The starter motor was not on the van when i fetched it, a worker went off and came back with a starter, mine?. It would SEEM to me that my spares were taken off the van and OTHER OLD WORN spares put on. The SECOND motor, as per the engineer APPOINTED BY TATA, packed up as 2 INTERNAL bolts on the oil feedpick up pipe came loose. Tata REFUSE to accept responsibility. The service levels from tata and their agents as well as responsibilty for their failures is, in my opinion HORIFIC.
