Delaying on repairing vehicle

My car has been at Tata garage for a month now. After long conversations and many phone calls also a lot of money wasted my car STILL is at the garage. It was set that I could've get my car last week already but as they started my car there was still parts not fix which they only discovered was broken after it was there for almost 3 and a half weeks just standing there waiting for my gearbox to be fixed!! Since they are all qualified technicians could they have not see that there was more than just one thing wrong? So today I tried phoning them and the office line has been busy for almost 3 hours now.<br> <br> I honestly am disappointed by how slow and unprofessional Tata services are, because we are all human and we all need jobs to survive in this world, would the service be the same knowing that Tata has to close down reason is all the clients left because of poor service?
