Defective Super Ace

I recently bought a used Tata Super Ace 1.4 DLS 2013 with 21000km on the clock. Tata told me they charge an additional fee on used cars as they give it a thorough check. After the thorough check I noticed various problems with the vehicle so I took it to the AA for a Dekra test. The following problems were found: Selecting gears 1,2 and R is difficult, the gear sometimes slips out while driving. This could possibly be due to the fact that the gearbox wasn't even bolted down. The turbo is faulty. The engine emits excessive black smoke, possibly due to a faulty fuel pump or fuel injectors. Battery lose and having bad contact. Front hubs leaking grease. Front wheel touches brake pipe when turning. Oil leak on the alternator, fuel pump and the CYLINDER HEAD! Front left wheel buckled, chipmarks, waviness, alignment etc on front fenders and bumper indicating the vehicle has been in an accident, this was hidden from me even after specifically asking if it had been in an accident. The wheel alignment is out, the 12v terminal doesn't work, the inside light flickers on and off constantly. The central locking works intermittently. This is disgusting.
