Car

October 2017 I bought a brand new with TATA Motors delearship in PE. On the day of receiving the car from the workshop as I drove off on the freeway the car wanted to cut off and the problem persisted until I could get home and the next day it was collected by the dealer from my work place. It was tben taken for repairs and when I received the car back the autamatic central locking was not working, and I told them on the 07 /02/2018 when I took it in for a service.

On the the 09/02/2018 Friday on my way to East London, the car gears stopped working completely. My car was the towed away to the dealer workshop and I was carless since then. Tuesday I phoned them to ask for an update on my car and I was told that nothing had been done on the car. Then I phoned again Wednesday and I was told they are waiting for parts numbers from Tata and that I would be phoned back and I was never phoned back to date.

Today 16/02/2018 I then decided to call Head Office TATA Service Centre @ 11h00 and spoke to Refiloe who promised to phone me back by noon and never did. After that decided to put everything on hold at the office and went to visit the Tata dealear where I bought the car and then even there I still walked out with no answers instead I was told the manager is in a meeting and I was to give a STATEMENT of all that has happes above.

After having given my statement I then went to Newton Park to try and be assisted as that is where I signed the deal. And even that didn't help as I was sent back and reffered to the workshop manager whom I was told couldn't assist me until his meeting. And that he would phone me after his meeting of which he has not.

My frustration is that I am sitting without a car and is such an inconvinience to my lifestyle. I am paying for a car that I don't have for 7days now and not even one person from the delear phoned me, yet I was phoned everyday before I purchased the car to buy it.

Yours Thembani
