Broken TATA under gurenty

I bought a Tata Indica in Aug 2016. It is still under garantee. The car sometimes just won't start, the windscreen wipwers is rusted and because of that the wiper motor burnt out, the handbrake light burns permanently and two of the wheel nuts just fell out and the nuts can't be placeed back. I took my car to Tata Polokwane and after a day they told me they can't find fault on the car. I must phone customer care so that they can tow it in and then I must leave my car there untill they can find out what is wrong with it. They also cancelled the service plan at 30 000 km while the car is still under garantee. Headoffice said the services is every 10 000 km but it is every 15 000 km. So I have to pay the R2 900 for the service of 45 000 km. My own service plan only start paying when the garantee is over. My car is now standing at a house 2 yards away from my house and when I try to start is it make a funny noise and all the red lights comes on and it still doesn't start. I phone the garage and they said I must call customer care to tow in my car and arange a curtesy car because they can't do it. The previous time I called I used R300 airtime and didn't get to anyone that co
