Brand new vehicle with problems

i bought a brand new tata indica sport at tata diep river cape town in April this year 2015,i inspected the vehicle on the show room floor and discovered there was 150km on the clock i asked sales person why there was 150km on the clock he said he had to drive it from paarl,i them drove the vehicle home and felt a heavy shudder on the brake paddel i got very worried i told the dealer about it they said it is because the break pads is new,after two i took it in and they discovered there was a problem with the breaks and they tried to fix it and gave it back to me,there is still a slight shudder on the paddle,the cover underneath steering wheel looks like it was tampered with as there is a gap between cover underneath steering wheel,while driving a month i had a fowl smell coming out of the air vents,i then called tata branch in koeberg,they workshop guy ruan said i must book it in cauese it might be a gas leak,i then calles abdullah at the admin section in koeberg,he told me know this is a common problem and the smell will pass,i told him i still need to bring it in cause im not happy,abdull said but he has no courtousy car for me,then i told him ok ,my is almost due for its first
