Bad treatment i have experienced by Tata company in Polokwane.

<p>I bought my new tata indica in a Tata dealership in polokwane in September 2012.i took it for first service in september 2013.According to de warranty booklet my car was still under warranty.i reported two things which has ever since been giving me problems.i wud say were like factory faults.those things were 1. A driver seat which moves uncontrollably whenever im driving 2.An indicator which only operates gud whn i indicate to the rite,but to the left is not operating.Thy promised to order parts and that thyll phone me when the parts are available.i got a call to bring de car for the seat.i left my car there for the whole day.in de afternoon thy phoned to tel me that thyv realised that the colour of the seat they ordered was wrong that i mus come get my car they will order again.Ever since i never got a cal to come.when i cal to ask them they tell me the parts are not yet received.Mind you with the indicator,thy always say there is no fault that is found on the indicator.Until one day i got there and explained to another guy that the indicator only works when the lights are on bright.thn that guy said ok thn this is a problem of combination switch.thy also on these one said thy will order parts and cal me.Each time ill cal thm to check if the parts are there they will nust say ni not yet.In September last year i took my car for service.after a day or two i realised there was a leacking pipe somehow.i phoned thm to say what did u do to my car that after you service it thn it is leaking water.The guy who ansered the phone told me to brinb the car so that they check what could be the problem.the car was kept there 3 days,thn i was called to come an collet.thy told me thy fixed de pipe.the leaking cud not stop though.i phoned again thy said bring de car.in few days time thn i received a call that ur car need a new water pump amountung to R3700.i must pay bcos my warranty expired last month meaning September.whereas i reported the problem in September and thy were trying to fix tgeir own way until i get in to October.the leaking stoped for tgree months,now is back again leaking.as for the parts thy are still waiting for thm until today.</p> <p> </p>
