BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE

Tata Indica was brought in for service and after service nor car or engin was cleaned . had to take it back to car wash to get it cleaned.. Again I brought car in for service but before i did I phoned to explain that the door hinge was broken as well as the gear boot.I was told that it was very common on the Indica and that all parts was in stock. I explained that I neded the car to be done that same day as I needed the car. On collecting the car I was informed that the car had to go back as the door could not be done and the air vent was not in stock. It would not have been a problem if it was not that the car is from Schweizer Renecke and there is no Dealership there. The car was brought to Vereeniging every time . When making the appointment I was informed that they again could not assist with a courtesy car.and that the car needs to be booked in for 2 days. The car was serviced 2 weeks ago and the Gearlever boot was \fixed"According to the invoice a new baseplate was fitted. 2 weeks later it is broken again..!This is so totally unacceptable..... When phoning TATA i was transferred 4 times without any success. When I complained about it i REceived a very bad attitude."""
