bad quality

Hi I purchased a Tata Xenon 2.2L bakkie in August 2014 firstly the sevice at Tata Highlands North was absolutely poor secondly the turbo packed up on just over 15000km they didn't provide me with a car while the bakkie was being repaired and it took more than a week when I received it back after a few thousand kms I heard a funny noise on the turbo I then took it in for it to be checked out they came back to me saying everything is fine bakkie had just gone fir its 30 000 km service and 2000kms later the turbo has packed up once again now trying to get hold of the director they say he is in a meeting or not there and nobody cantacts me back my business is loosing R200 000 while they don't give me a car to drive with so I sit without transport while they take there time I am demanding a new bakkie this cant carry on like this
