BAD AFTER SALES

we bought a tata bolt Jan 2017 - since that time we had a problem with the radio volume they keep on setting it and then the clutch cable keeps on making a terrible noise after being at the workshop they said they will order it this has been 2 week ago. Then the other big problem is the long weekend in Sept we drove to the KRuger and 300km after putting in petrol we got bad petrol fumes in the car. and even back home we had to drive with the window open.. we took it to the service dept - they told us the cap of the tank must of been not put back properly. o my soul the car inside had the smell. but with their explanation we had to drive in reverse to get the fumes from the petrol cap side. please can you assist
