Appalling, ridiculous service

Ridiculous service ever, after having my car stand at a dealership waiting for spares for almost a year, the car was finally released after lockdown (and a payment of over R70K). Only had it for a month and now told Tata can't supply the replacement part of their own product?? Who should be supplying parts for their own vehicles?
