APPALLED SERVICE AT TATA GARAGE TABLEVIEW

<p>Good Day</p> <p>I had my tata indica LXI 2005 model towed to tableview kia motors on the 26/09. I was told that they would open up the engine and see what parts are needed to fix the engine. Then after 2 weeks i phoned because no one was coming back to me and asked how far were they with my car. Was told specialised components had to be ordered from India....Which i understand. The conrod was ordered last week from Jhb TODAY 08/11 i am told they did not have stock and had to be ordered from India as well. Almost 2 months later i am still waiting for my car.</p> <p>I am really disgusted and appalled at this kind of service. The sales person never comes back to me or phones me back. I decided then to only communicate with the manager gosh just as bad because i have to phone them every day to find out has part arrived what is going on. Somewhere along the line someone slipped up with the ordering of the parts because it has taken hopelessly too long. I don’t know what to do anymore because i have being without my car for +-2months. I am told i cannot get a courtesy car, but they have quoted me 20,000 rand for them to do the job. They are obviously going to expect me to pay this money as soon as the job is done but i am waiting 2 months already. I want to know if there is anyway of getting help somewhere else or can they compensate me for this appalling service.</p> <p>Please help, fed up....</p> <p> </p>
