absolutely pathetic service

so anyway i just picked up my car from tata in centurion, and the next day the engine packed up. drove the car to edenvale it started smoking and just died completely. its now almost a month to when the vehicle was towed to tata edenvale, where as firstly i was told they are going to replace the engine, now they say that they only going to overhaul. i am sitting without a car for almost a month now, and i am not receiving any feedback from tata, i have to phone all the time, and its always the same story. they waiting for this, that and the other. <br> <br> honestly i am disgusted and frustrated at this type of service from a registered franchise.
