3 weeks in servive

i bought a tata super ace fro imperial less than a year ago, in that time the vehicle has given me several problems. from day 1 the vehicle has pulled to one side, alignment done several times through tata service but never solved and now less than a year down my tyres are worn out, their comment is its not their responsibility.<br> for the last 3 weeks the vehicle has been at tata germiston, i took it there for service and a complaint that the radiator fluid kept disappearing, service was done but radiator issue not solved, took it in again and they said that tata has an issue with cracked cylinder head and that they would change it, its now been 3 weeks and i still dont have the car back, their 1st excuse was that the part was not available, the 2nd excuse was the part has been found but tata has not sent it to them, the 3rd excuse was that tata had the part but had not given the authorization needed, 4th excuse was the part has arrived but its the wrong part, 5th excuse the part has been sent to the engineers to modify it, 6th excuse part has been modified but the engineer has not sent it, 7th excuse part has arrived but now the tappet cover is wrong.<br> and much more aggrevation
