It has been 16 days that my family and I have been inconvenienced as our vehicle remains in the Tata Workshop for replacement of the lock set that will correct the problems that we have had for a year since buying the vehicle brand new on 18/01/15. This, after I was told that this is a common problem and I must just accept it. Going forward, I hope that the Tata Bolt brings about positive changes to the already tarnished reputation that Tata has brought upon itself with its incapacity to provide the basic and courteous forms of communication ranging from CEO level to the floor.I will pursue and get closure, "
