ACCORD ASSIST Towing are ******* don't allow them to tow your car

I've received a very unprofessional and bad service, these guys are *******!!! They fetched my car from a dealership late and they told me that they'll keep the car at no extra cost and take it to the next dealer following day... The following day I had to call them several times till they take the car to the where it was supposed to be.... then they charged me double amount for that.
