Knightsbridge West ,Unsympathetic Mr Sarish Narrandes

I was booked to accommodate a 2 Bedroom apartment in Knightsbridge in Century City Cape Town on the 22 November 2017 - 27 November 2017_I paid a deposit of R4487.50 and was asked to pay the balance on arrival however my Dad passed away on the 5 November 2017 and I called in to Afristay on the 8 November 2017 to rebook my stay to a later date,I was told by the consultant that due to the nature of rebooking it was fine to rebook to another date without any cancellation fee.When I decided on the date only then I was told that there will be a penalty to be paid irrespective to the reason.The consultant from Afristay has a recording of Sarish mentioning to him that it is not a problem to rebook to a later date.When I tried to rebook the accommodation I was told that Sarish is not taking any of the calls and not responding to the emails.My flight tickets are booked and now I am left in the lurch with the accommodation WHICH I HAVE PAID 50% FOR ALREADY. THE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE FROM SARISH IS UNEXCEPTABLE , JUST TO MAKE PEOPLE AWARE THAT SARISH IS A UNSYMPATHETIC HUMAN WITH NO MORALS AND VALUES.
