Refund at Reyneke park

<p>On 1 June 2016 I booked a chalet at Reyneke park, POBox 1168, Universitas, Bloemfontein for 2 days. I immediately did the paymentfor the 2 days. Within 3 hours I had to cancel the one night as my son informed me that he cannot get the one day in question off. I was promised that I will be refunded for the one night which amounts to R980. It is now 13 days later and I still hav'nt received my refund. The reference no for the chalet is IO101269. Telephone no for Reyneke park is ********** /9. They have a sistem in place which is not condusive for proper client service. Never will I recommend Reyneke park to anyone. </p>
