forgotten tablets

When i was on holiday in 2-6 October 2017 i forgot my tablet when i book out then contact them via email that i forgot it and they said they have seen it then kept it save, we agree that i will send someone is coming there on vac, then this month i send my friend to fetch it then they says i must call them then i did then send our mail communication then they said they will call me back cause the person responsible is not around, then during the cause of the day the send email saying i toke the phone which i didnt and they refuse to tell me who took it. Pls help to get my tablet back
