Bad accomodation experience in Port Edward

Hi, I have visited Port Edward and stayed at 3 seperate Holiday apartments during my stay there. The first night I was booked in at a very good aparment, properly organised, clean and well looked after. The rate for the night was R350.00 I will pay that anytime again. What a nice place. For the next 7 nights I was booked in at a Holiday resort just outside of Port Edward. Everything there blew me away. I will surely go and visit the above 2 places again. The last night I was booked in at Port Edward again unfortunately the previous place I stayed the first night was fully booked. (For obvious reasons). The Windwood Lodge is the name of the last place I stayed. The rate for the night was R550.00 What a disappointment. The one bedlight is skew and without a lampshade. ( Bad first impressions) then the electric cord of the kettle is not safe. When I got to the bathroom the enamel from the bath was comming off. Looked past that and took a shower with the handshower. The tap came off several times interrupting my shower. The TV is not right, have a permanent shadow all over the screen. The towels seems like it came with Noah's Arc. Curtains not matching, bad impressions again. The finishing overall does not justify the rate per night. This compared to the other places I visited for less. The Windwood Lodge is a definite No Go for me in future.
