Halfway through my lease, another agency started marketing the property, requesting that I leave the premisis for viewings. Though the owners wanted nothing more than for me to move out, getting out in one piece was another story. Communication with Pikkie was met either with silence or hostility, threats and false accusations. Countless false claims for which I had to retrieve documentation withheld by Pikkie. Unfair and unreasonable deductions without proof of services rendered. This agency is shameless of their poor reputation and will do as they please with your deposit.
