Different charges from adverti*****t

I want to rent a holiday house in Herm****. On the internet there is no charges for booking fees, linen, cleaning etc. Now that the contract came, it is indicated that these must be paid in addition to the R1500 per day which result in paying R1803 per day.<br> When I spoke to the lady, she said this is how it is, they cannot advertise the cost because it is fluctuating.
