Beware of this Agency in Herm****

<p>Terrible attitude with inappropriate and unfair engagement. They do not respond to communications and any interaction is met with aggression. We were intimidated, shouted at and rudely treated at an exit inspection, which they refused to complete, they then did an inspection after we had left, and have felt free to deduct anything they wish from our deposit, even if excessive or unreasonable, completely ignoring our communications with them. There were many other issues. Overall a nightmare experience, avoid this agency at any cost.</p>
