Refund

<p>I had booked accommodation via accommodation direct to stay at FZP apartment rentals from the jan 04 2017 jan 08 2017 Due to stay with my other familiy which they booked in tyger vally with accommodirect . I had to move the place only on same day forward requesting from fzp to tyger vally apartment. This could be done .I had booked in tyger vally on same day .I then requested that the booking be changed via a telephonic conversation, the consultant (Simone) then changed the booking and promised me to give refund for previous booking and I later on received the cancellation confirmation. Simone then called me back saying had agreed to refund me in full within 7 days . Since then I have been waiting for my money to be transferred. </p>
