Bad bad service

Terrible! If you are booked at the the correct address the accommodation is nice, but we were moved to the ‘luxury unit’. What a disgrace! We didn’t even sleep in the unit, because it was no where near clean. I don’t know when last the shower was cleaned. The bedding is old and torn. Maybe suitable for hostel accommodation, but for R950 a night!? No way! Complained at the time of arrival to the manager on duty, sent an email to the reception/owner afterwards...NO feedback!
