Recieved a call from an agent by the name Chris this morning complaining and asking why i did cancelle my accident policy with them and said that he has never dealt with a client like me ect.This is very unprofessional and if this is how you treat your client over a phone then i would rather not use your services.VERY UNPROFESIONAL .I would not suggest anyone to use their services and dont deal with Chris very bad?
