Pieter Lubbe is a terrible estate agent

<p>My house was on the market in an open mandate. Pieter stopped by one day and asked if he could try sell it. I agreed. He found a buyer. Since then there have been many problems dealing with him. He does not stick to his word or arrangements made. He referred an electrician to do the CoC, who overcharged me grossly. I ended up getting another electrician and got the work done for less than half of what Pieter's friend quoted.</p> <p>There were other issues, like the lawyer he picked who was 40km from us. Luckily they agreed to come to us to sign the papers, but only after I complained to Pieter.</p> <p> </p> <p>Overall, the way he handled things was very shady and poor and I do not recommend dealing with him or Access Property Group at all.</p>
