Access Property Group refuses to refund my rent deposit without any communication with me whatsoever.

Am Sweetness and I recently did not renew my lease agreement with Access Property Group for an apartment I was renting through them. Now the agent who was assisting me resigned as the company was closing that office in North mead,Benoni and to operate in Heidelberg. With her assistance we emailed through my proof of deposit held by the said estate agency. This was on the 1st of November,to date the owner of Access Property Group is still refusing to refund me back my deposit of R6000 without any communication from his side. The lease property which I vacated is still in its original condition,he cannot just refuse communication with me and not refund me my deposit in full without any communication whatsoever. What kind of business are these people running. This is a total reap off. I need a full refund of my deposit as stipulated in the lease agreement.Despite numerous emails,phone calls,sms's and whatsapp texts Jaco Jordan is still refusing to refund me my rent deposit for a property I vacated on the 31st of October.
