***** and theft ACCESS 4 HIRE

Hi Everyone. I am Reshan Naidoo from ZIMELE Scaffolding. I have bought a cherry picker from Chris. The Owner of Access 4 hire I have paid him in full. He sent me a broken cherry picker that does not work at all. He then sends his guys out to my yard to repair it but they took my battery away an never returned this as been almost 1 month now. This Company has to be closed down for ***** and theft
