I paid for a TV and the transport but got nothing

I found this company in Cape Town that sells electronics, I ordered a Lg TV and paid R 5005 than the courier company requested R 2950 from me and I paid that too, and I have not received anything, they have excuses as to why it's not delivered, they say it get delivered with in 24 hours and I have waited a week, now I requested a refund but they won't refund me.
