I app**** for a loan a year ago

I app**** for a loan a year ago. I got approved with documents that was signed and i was told i have to pay an amount for admin and i did. I also after payment got told that i had to pay fees to clear my name and have my credit score as good as new. In total with alk that being said and after all payments was done . Nothing was given back to me and no loan was ever sent to my account. I lost R8500 in total trying to get them to pay me e my loan . Its been a year and now they refuse to answers or give any feedback. Useless
