Unreliable products and "support" that is little more than the blame game.

Be very careful of this company. They do not take responsibility for issues with their products. If it does not work they will blame you, the installer, network provider, or the environment. It is never their product that is at fault. I have been battling their Intercom Infinity for over a year. The unit is unreliable and requires a manual reset every week. When you contact them for support their primary goal is to shift the blame onto someone, or thing, else as quickly as they can. I certainly regret purchasing their products.
