A sloppy unprofessional retailer - Accenco

<p>I ordered 5 packs (wagonwheeels) of 50 blank DVDs from this retailer but they arrived in a large box where they had not been firmly packed and every single pack was broken with hundreds of loose DVDs scattered everywhere. B<strong>esides their sloppy, uncaring packaging style, they have not bothered to reply to my e-mail for the last 3 days. This is the first time I have recerived a package purchased through the internet where the packaging involved such a lack of care and professionalism. I don't know how many of the DVDs are damaged but no response? I have never encountered such a "don't care" attitude. </strong></p>
